The Animal Detection U+ Probe Super Premix from Nanjing is a specialized master mix for probe qPCR that has the ability to detect the African swine fever virus (ASFV). Users only need to input extra primers, probes and templates into the reaction system.
To improve detection sensitivity for low-copy templates, this master mix uses an upgraded hot-start Taq polymerase with a meticulously enhanced buffer. This product integrates a dUTP/UDG anti-contamination system.
This functions at room temperature to remove the contamination of DNA product carryover, guaranteeing the precision of the outcomes. Also, it is consistent with a fast program, which cuts down on test time.
Key data
Better premixed stability
The Vazyme#QV114 premixed primer probe was processed by repeated freezing and thawing 30 times over, under pressure at 37 °C for 7 days using the dual quality control system. The control was a premixed solution stored at −20 °C that was used on the same board.
The results revealed that after the corresponding treatment, the Vazyme#QV114 premixed primer probe had no substantial difference from the control group, indicating that the reagent had effective premixed stability.
